Actor Arman Kohli arrested for stocking up whiskey

Actor Arman Kohli arrested for stocking up whiskey!

The excise police of Mumbai has arrested actor Arman Kohli for possessing excessive alcohol. Majority of these bottles have been possessed from abroad, making the scene more critical. It is unethical to store and stock alcohol beyond a permissible limit. It seems that he has had a storage of 41 bottles of Scotch Whiskey, and all of that has been confiscated from his Juhu residence on Thursday night.

As per law, it is illegal:

No person can posses more than 12 bottles of hard liquor,  such as Scotch Whiskey and rum for a month. At a time, a person can also bring only 2 bottles from abroad. The police have been questioning him with this regard, at the Bandra excise station, and the officials were guessing the price of each bottle and trying to determine their values.

Kohli was also booked for other reasons:

Apparently recently, he had harassed his girlfriend, which is why the police had booked him recently. But she later withdrew her complaint, which made way for his release. This actor had gone ahead to make a few small films, but had nothing significant under his name. He later resurfaced in Big Boss season 7. The actor was also severely injured when he drove his vehicle into a motorcyclist. Sigh!
