Hrithik Roshan speaks up:

Here is the man who made his debut big at Kaho Na Pyar Hai, and he won millions of hearts with his first movie. Although he couldn’t give us better plots than Kaho Na Pyar Hai, he has given us plots like Koi Mil Gya, and Krish, and Bang bang ( OH NO!). Whatever be the plots, Hrithik is truly someone who has been self made, he has given us killer dance moves, and a body to die for. One of his best movies was Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, which was a phenomenal hit. Serious issues of life were addressed very lightly, and the movie had a good take home message.

Hrithik is not a man without faults and he accepts what he is. He came up on public television and confessed that never did he think that he will make it to the movies with an extra thumb.

He has recently crusaded for the movement “ Bhula k darr, kuch alag kar” along with other stars like Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Siddharth Malhotra, Ajay Devgn, and Mithali Raj. This movement is aimed at solely telling people to follow their dreams and do something worthwhile in life.

Hrithik recalled how he was discouraged from being an actor, he kept on believing that he could be a star, and that has turned into a reality. Hrithik stressed that fear is simply an illusion and it has nothing to do with reality. Once the hurdle of fear is crossed in mind, everything else falls into place. With the recent tumult of Kangana’s case, it was really brave of Hrithik to come out in the open and address these issues. He has also answered Arnab Goswami, and has tried to be honest. If not credibility, we could at least appreciate him for his courage. Kudos to the actor for being outspoken about his weakness.
