Rohit Shetty talks about how Sara bagged the role:
The movie Simbaa has resonated with a lot of people, and there has been a huge collection at the box office. A whopping amount of 100 crore mark has already been crossed, and the actors are receiving praises and alike. Sara made her Bollywood debut with the movie Kedarnath, that performed exceptionally well too, and this is her second movie. Rohit Shetty has now spoken about how Sara got through her movie and bagged the role.
How it all happened:
Well it happened so that Ranveer Singh, Sara Ali Khan and Rohit Shetty were on the show of Kapil Sharma, and in an interaction, Sara literally had begged for the role. He then added that her father had never once requested anything of that sort. The movie addresses the issue of sexual harassment, where Ranveer Singh, the newly married, plays the role of a cop, Sangram Bhalerao for the movie. Much in a Singham sequel style, the movie roles, and the characters reveal.
Sara Ali is definitely going places and she is doing well. We just hope that she chooses the right scripts for herself. We have seen Deepika and Alia rise and perform so well, we’re just hoping that Sara does the same too!
