Sanju baba talks about his times in jail

Sanju baba talks about his times in jail:

Sanjay Dutt’s biopic is out almost, and the movie will be an excellent one as predicted. The star cast, the excellent acting, the script in itself is such a gem that the movie will definitely be a hit. Hirani is known for his commercial movies with an intellectual twist. And what makes this movie far more special is that the movie will address all aspects of Sanjay Dutt’s life, without any bias. It is obvious that when such an unbiased account of someone will be portrayed on screen, it will draw curiosity and vigour.

Sanju talks about his ego:

Sanjay Dutt confesses that staying in the jail broke down his ego. It also made him a better person. He said that the days in confinement was more of a roller coaster ride. He is more positive now. He said that it has made him a better individual. He calls the instance wherein the Muslims woke up the Hindus at odd hours of the morning for a cup of hot tea, because that was the only time of the day when tea was served hot.

He talks of staying away from his family, and he kept his body in shape still, with trash cans and mud pots instead of dumbbells. He also recalls that he has been teaching the convicts how to sing, dance, act, as they had a cultural event every 6 months. He said that these people had become his family, and he turned to them in difficult circumstances.

In the trailer we see a scene wherein an overflowing toilet in the jail makes the actor sick, and pushes him to a helpless state. Reports say that this has been removed from the film, because of its horrific nature. Today we are sympathizing with him because he is a movie star. But there are millions stuck in deplorable conditions. Sanju’s movie may throw light on these aspects of life.
